Your personal data are processed solely in relation to the vacancy to be filled. The legal basis for processing is in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR. Recipients of your data are processed solely by the individual responsible for HR and shared only with the management of Milet Dynamics in compliance with data privacy. There is no intention to transfer personal data to a third country or any international organization. For data privacy reasons, all application documents are irrevocably deleted from our EU server after six months. You generally have the right to information from the aforementioned individual responsible about the relevant personal data as well as correction or deletion or the restriction of processing or a right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. If processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit a, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time without the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on your consent being affected prior to revocation. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The provision of your personal data is voluntary and not required by law or contractually nor is it required to conclude a contract and therefore without consequence. There is also no automated decision made including profiling in accordance with Art. 22 paras 1 and 4.
